Horrible app – Talking Pet Booth Free: Make my cats, dogs, and other pets speak in real time! Review

How in the world does this app have 4 stars with so many reviews? This app doesn't work. It's outdated for one, you click one of the hundreds of ads that pop up and you have to start all over The end result is just a black overlay and when it moves it doesn't match the mouth and still doesn't do jack. HORRIBLE APP!
