Potential but not ready or supported? Apps crash repeatedly – Producteev by Jive - Task Management for Teams Review

I have been using this app for PM in my small business for some time now. On our PCs it works well except you can't get a print view or even print friendly view of your projects! Really? It's 2017 and its PM software right?! I sent an email to support and within a couple weeks they replied there was no print feature and they had no plans to add it. So I was thinking, I'll get smart here, I'll just take my iPad to meetings. Took my iPad to the first meeting pulled up the app it ask me for a rating and crashed over and over, reboot same issue. Got my IPad mini, I'll get this right, no, same problem. Crash over and over. So I went looking in App Store for and update? Maybe! Nope. It does work on my phone! Using that screen for a meeting isn't a very good use of my teams time. I spent a lot of time looking for PM apps and this one is close. But I don't think there is any support or certainly it's not a priority app for them. New management or a reorg with some new focus is my hope?
