I'm so confused – Lesbian Dating Chat App & Meet Review

I literally just signed up for the app today. After about 10 minutes of playing around with it, trying to figure out how it worked, a notification popped up saying I was banned for violating the guidelines. I was only there for 10 minutes! I can't log into my account now. If you want people to use your app, maybe don't ban them as soon as they sign up?
