Can't even open the App - crashes instantly – Daniel Tiger for Parents Review

I've tried deleting and reinstalling; I updated my phone, restarted my phone and iPad, nothing I have tried has helped the App. It opens to the PBS screen and then the Fred Rogers screen and then crashes and returns to my home screen on both my iPhone and iPad...I'm still very interested in the app and I'm only giving 1 star cuz I need some assistance; other than the crashing (which is a vital, and takes complete priority) what I have seen looks great!! And my toddler loves Daniel Tiger, along with myself since I grew up with Mr. Rogers...I'm not giving up on the app I jus need some help ❤
