Charging for update..? – oneSafe password manager Review

Great app but why are y'all charging $.99 for Ver 4.0 as a separate app..? We who already own this has to pay a dollar for 3D Touch & Apple Watch compatibility..? $5 for this one isn't enough to earn that..? Not cool...
