Great Little Gem! – Magic Touch: Wizard for Hire Review

Magic Touch is a very simple pick up and play game. All you have to do is swipe in the patterns to make your wizard pop the balloons carrying enemy troops. Of course, just because it's simple doesn't mean it's easy! There are four play modes, including Arcade modes three, Classic, Zen, where you'll only need to swipe against the basic patters--none of those more complicated purple ones--and a hard mode, if you're really up to the challenge (I haven't been), and a Time Attack mode, which is really quite fun. The game is just as fun as I remember it being when I first played it around 2 years ago. Helps it has such charming art style and animations, and a variety of power ups to work for to unlock. The only negative I have is doing those open circle patterns have always been a pain! It's too easy to make it read as a 'V' instead, which can ruin a good run. Although that can be annoying, that's my only problem with the game, I'd recommend it.
