Could be good – WeatherWheel: Alerts, Forecast Review

I think this will be a good App. But the animation doesn't show snow, when its supposed to snow. I typed in Montana where it's snowing like every day and there are only clouds. Is it supposed to show snow in the animation? If not, then its just pretty pictures.
