Character loss – Cliffy Run - Endless Arcade Runner Game Review

I like the game it is very fun, and challenging. But when I get some characters when I turn my iPad off or I play one game and look back at all of the characters that I have, I see that the character is gray and I have to pay money to get it even though I won from the toy machine! For example, I had the turtle. Then, I turned my iPad off and came back to the game I did random about hundred times and I never saw the turtle. So, I looked in the thing and it was gray and I had to pay money for to be able to have it which don't like because I spent 100 gems. I also think that when you recycle a character you should get 100 gems back because if you payed 100 gems and had to recycle the character, and you get 10 or 20 gems back, I don't think that it is fair.
