App fails, no response from Designer – Mile Cloud: mile tracker automatic mileage log for tax deduction with google/apple maps integration Review

This app has a ton of features. I love the ease of tracking via GPS. It's very easy to personalize the tracking to meet user needs. You can merge trips, assign different vehicles, easily designate the purpose of each trip (i.e. business, personal, non-profit, medical), and the reporting is in a PDF format with great calculations and data. However, the app fails every time I try to run a report. I paid a significant amount of money for this app so I'd have a good way of tracking my business mileage for tax purposes, but I cannot access any of the reports for the last year. Additionally, the developer has failed to answer any inquiries or even recognize I've contacted them via email. Frankly, what's the point if I can't produce a report. I expect a refund once the developer finally responds to me.
