Paid $4.99 & days later cannot restore – Mr Potato Head: Create & Play Review

This is the most frustrating thing, you pay $4.99 for an app for your child then a few days later it says I didn't pay for it and will not restore. I have the apple emailed receipt, so there is no excuse for this. The app hasn't been updated in 3 years. Come on now you all are stealing people's money.
