Amazing!! – Studio SWEAT onDemand Review

As a post back injury nurse resulting in surgery I was unable to do the fitness training I did pre-injury. I gave up on myself. Since I started StudioSweatOnDemand I am so inspired and able to do classes in my living room! There is a class and trainer for everyone. Knowing my injury and fitness level Cat has created a start up fitness plan that works for me!! I highly recommend SSoD!!!
