Every tip outside of that is useless and this guide suggests that there is strategy outside of having to pay a ton of money to beat the impossible bases they match you against. There isn't. Bring tons of cash, or leave in defeat. All the "tactics" are useless when you can only be matched with people 15-20 levels above you.
