Why does the app keep on crashing? – Hooks - Alerts & Notifications Review

This app is awesome but somehow the app keeps on crashing. I've deleted and installed again and again but it doesn't seem to work. I've tried restarting my iPhone but that doesn't work either. Is there a way to fix this?
