RIP OFF – Oil tycoon 2 Review

I like the game and I tried to make in app purchase. It didn't seem to go through so I tried l 2 times, thinking there was an error and purchase was not processed correctly since in game coins did not increase. I was charged both times with no in game coins reflected. I emailed the developers with no response and no refund.
