Addictive fun but trouble with ads – 2048 Number Puzzle game Review

Love the game but I am reviewing because I can't find any other way to contact the publisher. I have one serious issue with a particular ad, for candy crush, that overrides the no sound option. So basically I'm playing the game quietly not disturbing anyone and then this super loud obnoxious ad starts blaring and I can't turn it off for a good 5-10 seconds. It's absolutely unacceptable.
