Rules are Free - Other review is incorrect – US Sailing Bookstore Review

For members of USSailing, the download of the 2017-2020 Racing Rules is free and there are hot link annotations to explanations from Dave Perry's book. It did seem to take a while to install on my iPhone, but works great now. It should be handy to have aboard.
