This app is not working – iDL PLUS FREE - Cloud Storage and File Manager Review

What the ..I can't understand why I can't download anything.When I need to download I copied and when I paste in download box It's show me 'error apple due policy is disabled right now''I used it iPhone 4s,5c and 7 all this device it doesn't working.Please update it and give a good system for working.thanks
