Useful and comprehensive – Yoga Anytime Videos Review

I am new to yoga and have tried several yoga apps (Grokker, Cody, YogaGlo and Serenity Yin Yoga). I liked them all but this is my favorite. There are dozens of "programs" you can watch, each composed of 4-15 episodes on a certain topic, usually delivered by the same teacher. I am interested in yin yoga so was delighted to find 15 episodes of a yin/restorative class called "wait for it." Many flavors of asanas are represented (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha etc) and there are also sitting meditations, pranayama, singing, and talks and lectures on topics from anatomy to the Bhagavad Gita. You can leave comments on class videos and the teachers will write you back, which is pretty awesome. So yeah: you can go deep into learning stuff or you can just swoop in and do a meditation or workout. You can follow one teacher or try a new one each day of the week. And it costs the same as a single visit to a yoga studio costs in my town. The internet is amazing!
