Perfect for practicing DBT – DBT Trivia & Quiz Review

This is a perfect app for practicing, learning, and better understanding DBT skills, such as wise mind, describe, observe, judgements and more. I think this is perfect to do on a 5-10 minute break once a day, just to stay grounded. When we practice DBT when we feel good, when we feel bad, we are more likely to pull from our DBT skills to cope better.
