Cannot listen to 2 books – BookShots Review

I bought a 'deal' of 2 books! Only the prologue plays! It shows I have another 60+ minutes! But it stops! I have deleted and reinstalled the app! No luck! I have received my receipt from iTunes for $30+ for charges from bookshots! Help please! Thanks, Martha King
