The controls are really in need of adjustment – MEGA MAN 4 MOBILE Review

I can't even beat Toad Man with the current setup. (And he's the easiest Boss EVER!) The D-pad often misreads my movements so when I need the character to move, he stands still. Once it's adjusted, it should be good... but it's pretty dismal and sluggish at the moment.
