Great idea but poor customer service & poor app performance – Pocket Expense Pro - Personal Finance Assistant Review

Pro: -Multiple accounts. -Level of customization. Con: -Company has not return 3 of my emails in the past. -Two weeks ago, on the morning of December 22, 2016, I was logged off of my account by their server, and when logged back in I discovered some recent data was missing. This raised question & fear in my mind as I have relied on this app heavily (do mind that I manually sync the app everyday and set also an automatic sync to their server). And by the way this is the 2nd time it happened. The 1st time around All of my data was gone. It was very disheartened to see that all of my data history was gone in a blink of an eye. I had given them 2 chances and now questioning myself for the 3rd time around. -Dropbox service was discontinued yet was still charged full price. Having uploaded to Dropbox was one of the key factors to upgrade to full version. -Company's business ethic is questionable: I had paid full price for the previous version. Yet when they updated their app, they demand their customers to pay another full price in order to have the newer full version. I contacted their customer service 3 times and received no reply at all. None. Summary: Great idea of a personal finance app! However, poor customer service & poor app performance raised serious concern. I am now considering & looking for another app with better & reliable performance accompany with a reasonable business ethics.
