Not as helpful as i thought – Piclay Photo Blend Overlay Review

This app has some options, but it does not allow u.u to easily move the overlaying picture, if u.u can even see it. The opacity feature is defected and makes one picture fade out to strengthen the other. Not as helpful as I thought it would be.
