Really? – Who Interact with Me Most for Instagram Review

The app isn't accurate and the same people are on it all the time. Also refresh does nothing for me and I have "stalked" my main with my finsta and checked the app but my finsta didn't show up at the top 4. So I believe the app just puts random active followers on the list!
