Good Way to Spend Some "Time" – Lost Souls: Timeless Fables HD Review

This game is pretty entertaining, although it is unmemorable. I like the diversity of the characters whom you meet within the individual fables; this helps to prevent any blandness, and it steadily maintains my attention. The graphics are sufficiently sharp and clear; the colors vary in lighting and tone depending on the subject matter of each distinct story. You are given only two modes of difficulty; this is still an archaic practice, even though this was released only a little over a year ago. Inventory is labeled but not interactive; no assembly of items required. Your journal records light story progression. You will find coins throughout your journey to furnish your trophy room. The HOS lack variation since they consist of solely two humdrum types. Some of the puzzles are rotational; others test your dexterity skills, such as with the moving butterfly puzzle. The map teleports to labeled locations, but it does not indicate available actions; however, it does let you know when to move on. Transition is smooth; no glitches. This is an older game with an outdated feel; any traces of current-trending components are absent. I got this on sale for $1.99, so I would say that it is worth the price.
