Free upgrade NOT FREE!!! – Cardiograph Classic Review

The description says that if you had the paid version of this app, you would get the new Cardiograph app for free. All I can see is a way to pay $1.99 for the new FREE app. Get it straight! Either it's free or it's not...just be truthful.
