Made one purchase and don't work now – Ever After High™ Charmed Style Review

So I purchased one of the locked items for my daughter, and now the game doesn't work. Been trying to figure it out for the past hour. It worked for about 30 or so mins and then just stopped. Not too happy at the moment with this app.
