Almost cool – Soundmoji Review

I got the app and some sound packs. Some hilarious stuff. But I can't send anything via messages. Didn't try to do anything else. My husband managed to text a sound, but the recipient has to have the app to hear it. Don't know what's supposed to happen. Whatever it is I don't get it.
