Reset error – Tracky Train Review

Been playing Tracky Train for months now and was about to make it to the "city" level and had $7000 coins, but all of a sudden it all reset and it's back to the tutorial level with zero coins and saying I have to pay $5000 coins to get to each different levels. I tried "restore purchases" with no luck. What do I do? Besides delete game completely. Not starting over again.
