App won't open – View-Master® Discovery Underwater Review

I bought the reels for the Viewmaster. I downloaded the app and it worked the first day. The next day when I opened the app nothing happened the screen was blank. I've tried to delete it and reinstall it. It still doesn't work. I cannot find anywhere how to contact the company. There is an FAQ section which does not answer my problem and there's nowhere to email the company. If anybody has any advice...
