Service is horrible – JOP - Any Service On Demand Review

I decided to try out this service for the first time and had a critical business order scheduled to be picked up this morning. The courier never showed and wouldn't pick up his phone. Jop customer service wouldn't answer either. Not sure if this business is a scam or not..I would stay away
