First of all I want to say thank you for having this app exist. This has been more effective than pretty much anything I've ever tried before, excluding sheer and extreme willpower. Secondly, I used this a couple years ago and forgot about the contents of the recording. I once was in a time where I could not let go of my control and close my eyes. But tonight this app has proven to me that I've truly gotten better.
