Stealing designer's idea – Collabs - Social Q&A Review

The app has a lot of confusing features, in order to fix the problems, the app owners post fake job and force designers to provide detail solutions for free during interview, then they quickly implement the solutions to the app without designers' permission. Very bad business practices, unethical and sleazy.
