Useless if you need furnished – Realtor.com Rentals Review

Unlike similar apps, this one doesn't allow the user to filter by a key word like "furnished." Since I require a furnished place for a temporary, 1-year assignment, this app is useless to me unless I want to sift through 800 listings to find the few furnished ones.
