Ugh - have paid annual subscription but no service – Mac|Life Magazine Review

I have tried everything. No response. Disappointing. Paid year one got one issue. Year two auto renewed and now can't get an issue without repaying. I am calling Apple and Credit Card for refund. Can not understand the lack of care. Really just want what I paid for...
