Account Recovery - NO SUPPORT – Heroes Legend Review

Great game, have been playing for months but had to factory reset my phone and I can't seem to gain access to my account again and there is no account recovery process or support for the app. The account that I have spent $50+ on is linked to my facebook and when I try to log back in using my facebook the app crashed every time!
