Horrible Support! – Duck Dynasty®: Battle of the Beards Review

Hey Jack, this a great game but the tech support is horrible. I was on level 12 with several "gear" purchases and over 40,000 coins when all of a sudden the game decides not to load. Now when I cleared my cache it started me out at level 7 with only 2000 coins but I still had my gear. I contacted tech support to which they said they would help me fix it. One suggestion they gave was uninstalling and reinstalling. Now, I'm back at square one as if I had never played. I replied back to tech support and told them what happened after I tried their suggestions and they now tell me that they won't help me. IF you play this game, Do NOT spend any real money because they will not give it back or help you fix it! It's a real steal! It's a shame they're using such an upright family for their racket. Horrible!!
