Bought full version but wants me to pay for it again! – Educational apps for kids Review

I have two tiny hand apps and bought the full version with both. Now after a few months of having them, I'm locked out of the full version I paid for and being asked to pay again! What kind of bait and switch is this? I emailed the company with no response back. What a waste of money. Don't buy apps from these scammers.
