No idea what to do – DogHotel Premium Review

It tells me my first dog is malnourished. I have to feed him. I give him food and water. Food and water have green check marks and I can no longer give him food nor water. …and now what? After a week, I still can't give him anymore food or water. I tap on everything I can find to tap and nothing new happens. I still get push notifications that I need to get back to work and help the animals, but I can't seem to actually do anything at all. …except stare at my one starving dog who needs no food and can't be fed. One star, because this should be a simple casual game, but it's turned into a puzzle just to figure out what the developers wanted me to do next.
