Great idea but I'm having issues... – LP - Live Image to Video & GIF Review

This is exactly what I need! I was using google motion stills, but that stopped working for some reason. So I went looking for other apps to see if just Motion stills was bad on my phone, but I'm still having problems. I can turn a live photo into a GIF supposedly, but when I go to share it (or save it to my device) it just comes through as a blurry photo. I have only gotten success when I've used iMessage and sent it using an address. (As opposed to airdrop) Would you be willing to help me problem shoot this as I would really love to use your app. Thank you. P.S. Your help link on iTunes is not working and is connected to a faulty page.
