Terrible customer service, but good app – SomNote - Notepad/Diary Review

Great app but terrible customer service. Have used app to store my journal entires for over a year but need to move to another device and don't remember password. Forgot password link doesn't work and customer service refuses to answer me. Without support, they don't get many stars from me
