What did you do? – Dictator 2: Evolution Review

I feel after the update your app is horrible. I have re-downloaded it and it asks "who we are receiving today, mr.dictator?" Who we are??? This is not translated right it should be who are we? And can there please be a skip tutorial button for people who have played your games before please??
