Doesn't work – Dog Monitor Buddy & Pet cam Review

Works well if both devices are connected to the same wifi network. But stops working if the "human" phone is connected to cellular network or to another wifi. Waisted $4. It was working well for maybe 2 days until this stupid error occurs for weeks now. Tried to re-pair devices didn't work.
