Needs work - has potential – Gif Maker- Gif Creator, Gif Downloader to Make Gif Review

There's no option that allows me to insert effects on gifs in my library. Also why am I not allowed to save gifs? Isn't that why I got this app? I don't understand the logic so please provide better instructions to help me understand why I would use your app to create something only to not be able to save it. I love that I can insert messages in gifs just please let me save them thanks!
