Love but no longer opening to selection page – Laugh & Learn™ Learning Letters Monkey App Review

My 3 grandchildren love, love, love this app. However, after 3 1/2 years of working great, it is no longer working on my iPad-2 but it still works on my iPhone. The 18 month old gets upset and still tries to open it every day. Please try to fix it and your wonderful other baby app that are no longer opening either (which they love also).
