Crashes and unstable. – redBus Book Bus, Train Tickets Review

This is a two-part review one is for the app second is for the service. The app very unstable crashes when uploading images or trying to write reviews. You can only see the rating you cannot read the actual review so you have no idea about any details. The service: very well networked service but like everything in India the bus compliance pay them money to rank them higher. Or red bus extorts them to pay them or give them bad rating. Commissions are usually 6 to 20% paid to read bus. The images that you see that helps you make the decision whether you're going to book a bus or not are never the bus as you're going to get. Expect dirty and smelly bus this. Unfortunately at this time there are very few services that do what they do so given the limited option this app and the services do what they're supposed to do hence the two star.We paid Rs.600 for bus tickets then the bus stop every 30 minutes to pick up passengers from the street for 30 rs each and filled the bus to the point where people were sleeping on the floor. The quality of buses is horrible and filled with bed bugs all over the bus expect to get bit everywhere. There are nicer buses available it's just redbus does not offer those nice buses, only the nastiest busses so they can make the most commission. Markup is over 2000%.
