Customer support is non-existent – Age of Voyage - multiplayer online naval battle Review

Lost access to my account days ago and still getting no response from support. I answered all their questions and then silence - a generic message in the ticket - we are working on your issue please wait a while. I am now days behind, lost the VIP access I had and may never get my acct back. All the time invested over the past couple of months wasted.
