So far not pleased with purchase!! – Ghost Radar®: CONNECT Review

I've sent an email to address this. I specifically wanted to record our sessions and I hit record and boom out to my home screen I go!! Try it all over same thing! Waited long time to " warm" up thinking that may be it. No same thing! Plz fix!
