iOS 10 Compatible?? – Course For Adobe CS5 Review

I'm on iOS 10.1.1 / iPhone 6s Plus and this app will not run. Upon clicking the icon, my screen rotates to landscape and simply remains black. Unresponsive, no settings, nothing.
