Doesn't let me see the my city page – Mob Wars Review

I've been playing the game for a couple of days and Today is when I saw the my city page where you can buy buildings and things and the only reason I was able to see it was because I bought some items that had upkeep and so I got a notification saying to buy more property in the my city page and when I clicked it it didn't allow me to scroll down or buy multiple had to purchase one by one of the first two properties
